About this site

This site is run by Digital Qazaqstan Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 17178943), registered office Office 393, Unit 5, 399-405 Oxford Street, Mayfair, London W1C 2BU, United Kingdom. It describes QazTech Cloud, a service that is in early access.

Early access

• Access is offered by request and depends on available capacity.
• Capacity is provided through infrastructure partners.
• There is no service level agreement unless we agree one with you in writing.
• Pricing is usage-based and is agreed before you start.
• Features, models, regions and GPU types can change while the service is being built.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful purposes and comply with the laws that apply to you and to us, including export control and sanctions rules. Do not use it to attack or disrupt any system, to gain unauthorised access, to process content you have no right to process, or to resell access without our written consent. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

Models, data and licences

You keep ownership of your code and data. You are responsible for having the rights to use them and for following the licence of every model you run.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service and this site are provided as they are, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
